We combined the juice of white grapefruit with an extremely high-quality holy basil extract for a layered, unique and exceptionally refreshing soda. The tart, dry juice of Cuban white grapefruit meets the front palate before falling away into peppery, herbaceous top notes of holy basil.
If there was a Nobel prize for soda, this delicious elixir wouldn’t win because the judges would be at home drinking it with some fiery Mexican or Thai food.
