Where is your production kitchen location
We are located at unit 19/566 Gardeners rd, Alexandria. We do not accept walk in orders, however you can collect your catering without a delivery fee with prior organisation.
How do I place an order?
We understand that organising catering on behalf of a group can be stressful, and we are here to help.
1, You can place an order online which you will have access to make changes and payments via your client portal.
2. You can speak with one of our team and we can assist with dietaries & quantities
3. For events, we can schedule you in for a live video call with one of our senior event & catering managers
What are your delivery times?
Monday - Friday 6.30am - 6.00pm
Saturday 6.30am - 4.30pm
Sunday 7.00am - 12.00pm ($25 Delivery surcharge would be applied)
Outside of these hours, on request
What is the cutoff times for placing an order?
*A 2pm cutoff time applies for next day delivery (Monday - Friday)
All Weekend & Monday Orders need to be placed by 2.00pm Friday
What is our delivery window?
We work hard to ensure all catering orders are delivered within 1 hour prior to your desired delivery time. We advise you to ensure you put an additional 30 minutes on all deliveries to leave you enough time to unwrap present your catering. All catering is delivered in Climate controlled (insulated) boxes to ensure your catering is kept at the desired serving temperature.
From time too time we experience traffic delays that are out of our control, our driver will contact you in advance to notify you of the delay. We do not offer discounts, refunds or compensation for these delays.

Delivery areas include Alexandria, Artarmon, Barangaroo, Bondi, Bondi Junction, Broadway, Bronte, Botany, Chippendale, Coogee, Crows Nest, Darlinghurst, Erskineville, Eveleigh, Glebe, Kensington, Kingsford, Kirribilli, Lane Cove, Macquarie Park, Mascot, Moore Park & Fox Studios, Newtown, North Ryde, North Sydney, Paddington, Pagewood, Randwick, Redfern, Rosebery, St Leonards, Surry Hills, Sydney CBD, The Rocks, Ultimo, Parramatta, Bella Vista, North rocks, Macquarie Park, If you are outside of these areas please contact us for service.
How do I confirm my event quotation:
All Sydney event catering bookings require 50% deposit to secure booking and final numbers, dietaries and balance is due 5 working days prior to the event date.
How do I pay for additional staff & beverage consumption after my event?
One of our team will be in contact post event and send you new invoice with all additional charges itemised. This is due and payable within 48 hours of your event via credit card or direct debit.
What is your minimum spend?
Monday - Friday $120 minimum spend
Saturday $200 minimum spend
Sunday $250 minimum spend
The minimum spend does not include our delivery fee.
