The Catering & Events Team
Our team of over 40 Hospitality professionals bring a wealth of experience from previous roles in film, television and the creative arts, strength coaching and nutrition, sports, fitness and education, the legal bench, boutique hotel management, farming and agriculture, international training from Britain’s finest gastropubs and classical French maître pâtissier. Our team is proudly diverse, with team members from many differing cultural backgrounds and walks of life. We are glad to be upskilling the next generation to establish an ongoing level of excellence for many years to come.
We proudly work as a team to bring you the best product, there are many hands that work together; almost every facet of our operation has a human behind it to ensure that everything is in its place. We pride ourselves on working with local providores to source the best produce that NSW has to offer; we believe that fantastic produce, simply prepared, speaks volumes. We are an inclusive team and delight in our differences, we’re joined together by a desire to create and deliver beautiful, honest food, made with love.
