Our curated beverage list celebrates the best that NSW has to offer. We’ve carefully sourced premium products from vintners, brewers and distilleries across the state. We’ve collaborated with industry experts to develop signature cocktails and delicious non alcoholic crowd pleasers. And have sourced world renowned legacy brands to round out our offering. No matter what your tipple, we’re certain that our offering has your event covered.
Event Styling
Drawing inspiration from our background in the creative arts, and a love of pop art, our styling is contemporary, sustainable and unmistakably the Catering Department. We focus on creating bold, sophisticated events using simple and effective styling, highlighting structure and depth, dried florals and native botanicals. We love to create beautiful, eye-catching moments with a touch of whimsy, that are undeniably our signature look.
Event Staff
Our friendly and professional event staff are a mix of international superstars, trained and led by our own Clint Patterson and Fernando Echaniz. Collectively they have over 15 years of combined experience leading and managing national events across the corporate, cultural and festival sectors.
